Tasting notes
On the nose, Clément Blanc 40° exudes remarkable aromatic power, blending floral and citrus notes with the different varieties of cane that make up the cuvée.
On the palate, the floral freshness is confirmed.

Personally, I always use this Clément blanc at 40° to make my arranged rums and cocktails, without having to dilute too much to get a reasonable alcohol content.
