Talisker Distillers Edition is a single malt whisky from the Isle of Skye, Scotland. This lightly peated expression benefited, as is customary, from an initial maturation in old first-fill bourbon casks. A second maturation in a rare amoroso sherry cask rounded off and refined this expression. This sherry is composed of 90% oloroso and 10% Perdro Ximenez.
