This Arawak Ginger Lime arranged rum is made from Guadeloupe agricultural white rum, ginger, lime and cane syrup.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose is gently caressed by a well-candied, well-rounded rhum agricole. The ginger gives us its natural, earthy aromas, then the lemon drenches us with an invigorating splash. The latter leads the way with a little air and rest.
On the palate, the roundness that coats the taste buds is most satisfying. After a hint of lemon, the ginger begins its progression across the palate, until it fully delivers its delicious flavor. All is finally in balance on the palate, with the citrus fruit responding perfectly to the spices.
