We deliver to most countries in the continental European Union! We also deliver to overseas, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada and some other countries. Conditions differ from one destination to another (rates, deadlines, carriers).
For an order of more than 140 €** delivery is free to French France, whatever the mode of transport chosen, even for 24-hour and home solutions.
In addition for all other countries in continental Europe, delivery costs are reduced for all orders over €140**
All the prices mentioned below therefore only concern orders of less than 140 € or to geographical areas other than France in France.
Each carrier has its own advantages: point relais or home delivery, delivery times of a few days at moderate prices, or just 24 hours.
For delivery in mainland France to a relay point:
- Mondial Relay is our least expensive solution (€5.90) and offers 6,300 relay points throughout France.
- Colissimo Mon Bureau de Poste for fast delivery (2 working days*) to one of 10,000 post offices (€7.90)
- Colissimo Mon Commerçant for fast delivery (2 working days*) to one of the 7,500 stores approved by La Poste (€7.90)
- Chrono Relais (€8.90) is our fastest solution (delivery in 1 working day) and offers a network of 7,000 relay points. It's the ideal solution for an upcoming delivery date (e.g. a birthday).
When you finalize your order, you choose the most convenient of the 30,000 relay points available. It can be a relay point close to your home or work, or one that you're used to using. Next to each relay point is indicated the network to which it belongs (i.e. Mondial Relay, Colissimo or Chrono Relais) and the associated rate.
For home delivery in France:
- We offer home delivery by Colissimo (La Poste) for €9.90. This is our cheapest solution, while offering a good quality of service. Delivery times vary from 2 to 3 working days*. The package is hand-delivered against signature.
- Chronopost (€12.90) is our fastest home delivery solution (1 working day). A signature is systematically required. It's the ideal solution for upcoming events (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
- Please note: a request for delivery to the "hub des armées" (a service provided by the armed forces to send parcels to expatriate military personnel) will be invoiced at an additional cost (€1.20 per kg or, as a rough guide, around €2 per 70cl bottle). We will contact you once the order has been placed to inform you of this additional charge and how to pay for it. The carrier will be Colissimo, the only one authorized to provide this service.
For delivery in Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, the relay point solution exists with Mondial Relay (see prices below). Delivery times are approximately 4 working days for these 3 countries.
For deliveries to addresses outside the European Union, French VAT is deducted from the order amount. The transport service includes the administrative formalities for clearing the goods through customs. Depending on the weight, invoice amount or other criteria, local authorities may charge taxes. These are invoiced directly by the customs authorities to the consignee of the parcel and are at the consignee's expense.

Please note: D is the day you place your order if it's a working day before 1:00 pm, otherwise it's the next working day (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in France are not working days).
* Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery to Corsica (Colissimo is the only carrier available on our site, as other carriers charge prohibitive rates).
** Gift cards do not count towards the 140-euro threshold when purchased, but they do when used, like other means of payment. This means they don't have to be counted twice. Similarly, intangible services such as Tasting Evenings are not included in the calculation. Finally, Allary barrels are subject to special pricing: transport is included in the sale price, and whatever the value of the barrel purchased, a supplement of €8 per barrel is required for shipment outside France (shipment possible to certain countries such as Belgium) - see details concerning Allary barrels.
*** Weight of package(s) estimated at time of order according to products in your cart and anticipated weight of packaging and protection. Each kilogram "started" is invoiced. For example, a 2.3 kg parcel is billed as a 3 kg parcel. As an indication, a package for a 70 cl bottle and its case + a sample generally weighs just under 2 kg.
