It is valid throughout the Cave à Rhum and is unlimited in time!
It can also be used as part of a monthly box subscription.
Totally dematerialised, you can send it by e-mail to the lucky recipient with a personalised note so that he/she can enjoy it straight away, or on the contrary send it to yourself so that you can forward the e-mail later, and/or print it out and give it to him/her in person.
The e-mail includes the image of the gift card, which can be printed.
Add this card to your shopping cart like a regular product: you can pay online in any way you like (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer).
In the order page (just after the validation of the cart, and before the payment) you will have the choice between :
- send the card by e-mail to yourself
- send the card by e-mail to the beneficiary with a personalised word (or to the beneficiaries if you buy several).
Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive the card by e-mail if you have taken this option, or a confirmation that the card has been sent.
Content of the e-mail sent automatically after payment:
- In addition to the personalised word, your name is indicated, so that the recipient can thank you for example, and so that there is no ambiguity about the origin of this gift.
- It indicates the code to use on the site. If this code is lost afterwards, no problem: the customer service department will be able to reissue it, after checking the identity of the person in question, of course.
- Finally, it provides an image of the gift card.
The code associated with the gift card can be used in the shopping cart for one or more orders (you can't miss the button dedicated to this function).
The unused credit is carried forward for future purchases. Conversely, you can complete your order with a traditional payment (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer...) if you are short of credit.
