Bellevoye Vert Triple Malt Finition Calvados is a lightly peated whisky made from a blend of 3 French single malts.
These malts come from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Alsace and Charentes regions. They are all distilled in different stills. The whisky is aged for 3 to 5 years on site in oak casks, then blended and matured in barrels of very old calvados in Bellevoye's Charente cellars.

First of all, thank you for this sample. It was a discovery, but as I am only moderately fond of apples, I must admit that this is not my go-to Bellevoye, even if it is powerful and pleasant on the nose and in the mouth.
