Poire William brandy is a great classic on our French tables, but also the first reference produced by the Brana distillery. This brandy marks the beginning of the Brana adventure in distillation in 1974.
The pears come from surrounding orchards, which allows for a fine selection of the fruits. Fermentation only begins when the fruits reach optimum ripeness. This is followed by distillation in the distillery's copper pot stills. The eau-de-vie benefits from resting in stainless steel vats before being bottled.
