Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, there's no mistaking the fresh, spicy ginger. One by one, all its characteristics emerge: freshness, pepper, lemon and even a hint of tiger balm. Rhum agricole is at home in the company of these fresh, fruity and spicy aromas.
On the palate, there's a fine balance despite the relatively sweet rum. Lemon is the first to weigh in, with a slightly bitter but above all fruity sensation. Then ginger enters the scene, imposing its gently peppery presence.
