Breiz'île Collection Gingembre is an unfiltered spiced rum that retains all the ingredients used in its preparation in the bottle.
The peppery notes of fresh ginger are combined with IGP Guadeloupe rum (pure cane juice), a Madagascar vanilla pod and a little cane sugar syrup. All natural ingredients!
Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, there's no mistaking the fresh, spicy ginger. One by one, all its characteristics emerge: freshness, pepper, lemon and even a hint of tiger balm. Rhum agricole is at home in the company of these fresh, fruity and spicy aromas.
On the palate, there's a fine balance despite the relatively sweet rum. Lemon is the first to weigh in, with a slightly bitter but above all fruity sensation. Then ginger enters the scene, imposing its gently peppery presence.
