This Chamarel XO Moscatel Finish rum is a special variation of the Chamarel XO 8-year-old agricultural rum. It comes from the Chamarel distillery in Mauritius.
It is first aged in oak barrels for 6 years. It is then transferred to Moscatel barrels for a further 2 years. Moscatel is a sweet wine from the Iberian Peninsula.
