The Cuvée Émilie from DBM is an exceptional ESB made from molasses , produced from a selection of the best aging wines from the Béron cellar.
This rum benefits from double aging :
- an initial maturation in the historic casks of the Domaine de Courcelles
- then aged for 24 months in American oak barrels.
This extended aging in oak barrels reveals a rich and luscious aromatic profile. The blend was overseen by Marc Sassier.
This Cuvée Émilie was awarded a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2026.
