Ferroni Vespetro is a creation by Guillaume Ferroni, who resurrects forgotten spirits through his Série des Lumières. Vespetro is an Italian digestif that dates back to 1772. It was also known as the 6-seed liqueur. It was widespread in France and Italy, but disappeared over time.
Guillaume worked on this recipe at the Château des Creissauds in Aubagne, using angelica seeds, fennel, caraway, carrot, green anise and coriander.
