This agricultural rum from the Guillaume de Roany collection comes from the French West Indies.
It was aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
In order to enhance its aromatic palette, its ageing was completed by a one-year finish in an ex-Pineau des Charentes red barrel.
After a slight reduction, 360 bottles were bottled.
