Les Rhums de Ced Ti Arrangés Mirabelle is a limited-edition artisanal arranged rum.
Mirabelle plums from Lorraine are harvested in season, then bottled by hand in AOC Martinique rum that has been aged for 2 years in ex-porto barrels. Maturation takes place in the Rhums de Ced' cellar.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose is first enchanted by aromas of rhum agricole, full of fresh cane, pepper and citrus. Then wood, mirabelle plums and their pits enter the scene in a single movement, creating a wave of complex, elegant gourmandise.
The palate is very round, but gives way to rhum agricole, with a gourmet cane that dresses up with kernel flavors, fine woody touches, and then a sweet mirabelle plum flesh that gives this rhum arrangé a jam-like air.
