Marlin Spike Pacific Blend is a blend of 4 column-distilled rums. These rums were matured in the cellars of their respective distilleries before the Master Blender began blending.
The youngest of these 4 distillates has aged just 4 years, while the oldest is 23 years old. The provenance of three of the rums is kept secret. The last comes from an unusual destination, Thailand.
This rum is made in homage to Dr. James Espey, an entrepreneur without whom the Marlin Spike rum project would probably never have seen the light of day.
