Marsolle Punch Coco is an essential part of the West Indian tradition. This typically Creole punch is made by the Marsolle family, who have been based on the Domaine de Séverin since 1928. The recipe is unchanging: white and aged agricultural rum, coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk. This is how coconut punch is made in the town of Sainte-Rose (Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe).
