Mauricia L'Intendance is a pure cane juice "high ester" rum.
A long 32-hour fermentation, triple distillation in a copper pot still and 30 months' rest in stainless steel vats are all part of the program for this cuvée.
The congener content is over 416 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol.
After the third distillation the alcohol level peaks at 69.6°. It is then slowly reduced to 60°.
