This Plantation Black Cask rum is a blend of molasses rums distilled in Barbados and Cuba.

The rum benefits from a double aging process:

an initial maturation of several years in the distillery's cellars, in 200-litre American white oak barrels
a second maturation in the south-west of France, in oak barrels strongly toasted.
