Saint Aubin Cognac Cask Finish is a rum from the Saint Aubin rum distillery. It comes entirely from the distillation of pure cane juice in a traditional copper pot still.
The rum aged a little over 6 years in French oak barrels before spending 1 year in cognac barrels.
This is a limited edition of 1500 numbered bottles. Bottling took place in July 2023.
