Easy Peasy #6 is a white agricultural rum from independent bottler Swell de Spirits.
This is a pure cane juice brandy distilled in July 2023 at Bielle. This house, which needs no introduction and is located on the island of Marie-Galante, is particularly renowned for the quality of its white rums.
This expression benefited from 14 months of rest in stainless steel vats before its reduction with spring water. 800 copies are available worldwide.

Another gem from Bielle!! Freshness of cane on the nose, on the palate, this warmth specific to this distillery, it is powerful and very aromatic worthy of a great white and on the second palate, citrus fruits, even lime and sugar are felt. It is one of my favorite white rums!
