Big Mama

Big Mama is a selection of rums from Guyana, produced by Italian importer F&G. These molasses rums were produced at Demerara Distillers, the country's only remaining distillery. It features some of the oldest stills in the world, belonging to plantations that have now disappeared.

The rums in the Big Mama selection are blends of several rums from several casks. They are aged in the tropics, in their native climate. Only the special finishes, in Port, Pedro Ximenez or Gewurstraminer casks, are made in Europe. Read less
