1731 Fine & Rare Mauritius 7 ans is a molasses rum from the cellars of the Grays distillery, one of the oldest still active in Mauritius.
More precisely, it's a blend of column-distilled rums aged on site in ex-cognac casks for a minimum of 7 years. Some of these aged rums have been matured for a further 3 years in port or acacia wine casks.
The rum is bottled without cold filtration, in its natural color and without any additives.
