Montebello R1963 Blended Blanc 59° is an exceptional 100% Montebello cuvée. This ideal-degree white rum bears the IG Guadeloupe label, certifying its origin from the butterfly island. It is a blend of two of the house's flagship cuvées, and consequently of two different varieties of cane. In fact, it's a subtle balance between the cuvée brut de colonne Bolokos (Canne rouge R579) and the cuvée parcellaire Winch (Canne Blanche R570).
These two rums were blended, then brewed and rested for 7 months, to achieve a beautiful harmony. Only 787 of these "cannonball" bottles were ever bottled.
