Nico's tasting notes
The nose is both fruity and mature. The cherry and apricot fruit have a patina and their pits have impregnated the rum, giving it a certain elegance. The ambience is candied, quite sweet, despite the hint of pepper.
The palate is sweet and fruity, very melt-in-the-mouth. It is nevertheless quite fluid, like a syrup drizzled with rum. The fruit stones carry pastry flavors, a little resinous, with a slight bitterness. The cherry skin comes through on the finish, clinging a little to the palate and lingering in the mind.
