Nico's tasting notes
The nose opens with a pineapple in a coconut. Blended with rhum agricole, it licks the walls of the coconut, gradually melting its flesh. Its fragrances concentrate and hold, for a clean, balanced profile.
On the palate, fresh pineapple juice boosted with rhum agricole rushes in. It's freed itself from the coconut core, but has taken with it a little texture, like a patina. That's all that's left of the coconut, as the pineapple is really in control.
