Nico's tasting notes
The nose opens with pineapple au naturel, neither too ripe nor too fresh. The rum seems round by its side, enveloping it with its generous cane aromas. The vanilla is carried by a gentle air and caresses the whole, bringing its slightly oily patina.
The palate is very fruity, with the impression of tasting freshly squeezed pineapple juice drizzled with rum. On the mid-palate, the pineapple is more cooked, having been flambéed with rum and a vanilla bean scraped off the top.
