Bailey's Irish Cream has been a classic liqueur since 1974. It is made from a base of Irish whiskeys (including the famous Bushmills). To this base, fresh cream, cocoa and vanilla are added. Traditionally enjoyed over ice, as an aperitif, dessert or digestif. This cream is also ideal for cocktails, where its sweetness naturally makes all the difference.
This creamy whisky has won numerous awards, including a double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011.
