Brana's raspberry brandy is produced in the heart of the Basque Country, in Ossès.
It comes from fresh fruits of very high quality. The maceration of the fruits benefits from periodic checks. It is stopped at the moment when the distillation will give the best possible brandy. This family know-how is passed down from generation to generation within the Brana family.
