- passion fruit pulp,
- freshpineapple, sliced by hand,
- cane sugar,
- agricultural rum from Guadeloupe,
and a lot of know-how!
Nico's tasting notes
The nose is charmed by ripe, sweet fruit, with an impression of thickness that suggests a particularly tender, candied rum. The fruit is natural, wrapped in a very round cane.
The palate is nicely led by a flavorful rhum agricole, with fresh cane tinged with citrus zest. These blend well with the slight acidity of passion fruit, which itself bridges the gap with ripe pineapple.
