The 2024 agricultural rum calendar is out!
In December 2023 we posted our own tasting notes daily on this article of our blog ! So you can compare your impressions with those of Nico.
This advent calendar is guaranteed 100% rhum agricole! It is produced by La Route des Rhums, a company based in Fort de France, Martinique.
It contains 24 bottles of 2.5 centilitres, or 60 cl. of rum in all:
- All our rums come from Martinique, Guadeloupe or Marie-Galante.
- There are white rums and aged rums.
- While some of these rums are sold elsewhere, others have been created especially for this calendar, and still others are old vintages no longer available.
- On each bottle, a QR Code takes you to a video to help you understand the specifics of the rum you're tasting, and to access the tasting notes provided by the brand, which you can compare with your own, and with ours!
- The name of the rum is not indicated on the bottles. The aim is to enable you to do a blind tasting to assess the rum without any preconceived ideas. Of course, the QR Code gives you access to the precise name and all the details of the cuvée.
