Joey Starr's brand is innovative since Carnival Australia 2006 is a single cask rum, i.e. a rum from a single cask, and therefore necessarily very limited in number of copies (440 bottles in total including 180 for France).
It was distilled in Australia in 2006 in a pot still. It was then aged in ex-bourbon casks on site before being bottled in late 2024.
