The Chalong Bay Double barrel New American oak x Ex bourbon vintage is the second opus of the Double Barrel range.
This is a blend made by the Thai Chalong Bay distillery. Rums are made from the distillation of pure sugar cane juice.
Aging took place for 28 months in new American oak barrels as well as bourbon barrels.
For this batch, 900 liters were produced. Bottling was carried out without any additives, and without cold filtration.
