Clément Bana Canne is a liqueur produced by Clément in Martinique.
It is made from a blend of white rums and old rums, from the Domaine de l'Acajou where Habitation Clément is located. This liqueur is then obtained by maceration of natural banana flavors in agricultural rum with the addition of cane sugar syrup.
Concerned about the environment, Clément obtains banana extract using processes with low energy consumption. In addition, the bananas come from the Habitation gardens in order to promote the short circuit.
