Belonging to the range of white agricultural rums from the Clément distillery, the cuvée which has a strength of 40° is a concentrate of refreshing aromas which exalt the Martinican terroir and the West Indian sun. Its exceptional aromatic richness is the result of the extraction of fresh cane juice, low-degree distillation and know-how inherited from centuries-old traditions of the Antilles.
A gold medal at the 2009 Agricultural Show crowned Clément Blanc AOC 40°.
Tasting notes
On the nose, the Clément Blanc 40° exalts a remarkable aromatic power where floral and lemon notes mingle as well as the different varieties of cane that make up the cuvée.
