As every year, Clément innovates in terms of design with this superb bottle created for the release of the Canne Bleue vintage 2025.
This rum is made from a single variety of sugarcane, the blue variety, and from the harvest of a single year, 2025.
Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose : Fresh sugarcane aromas abound, accompanied by notes of citrus and white flowers. Sugarcane juice is also present, along with some maceration notes.
On the palate : we again find the very explosive sugarcane, white pepper and aromas of lime.
The finish : The peppery side of the cane lingers for quite a while.
