This limited edition bottling selected by Corman Collins is a blend of Dominican rums aged for a minimum of 15 years .
Jeremy's tasting notes
On the nose : Notes of cooked sugarcane, vanilla, and a touch of caramel are present.
On the palate : the attack is soft and fluid, with vanilla, giving way to buttery caramel, notes of red fruits, strawberry and oxidized raspberry, accompanied by sweet spices, clove, cinnamon and a slight spiciness reminiscent of a vegetarian chili pepper.
The finish : slightly spicy with a hint of candied orange peel bitterness and the ever-present caramel coating.
