Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose : Aromas of fruit and wood rise from the glass, on closer inspection the wood is slightly roasted, a hint of vanilla is perceived and it moves towards a milk chocolate profile, a little sweet vinous side emerges; with time it releases aromas of dried flowers.
On the palate : It is round, rich, roasted, with lots of toasted woody aromas infused with cane, lots of dried fruit, figs and dates in the lead, with notes of spices (cardamom, clove) and a small bitter herbaceous touch.
The finish : It is long, mainly with spices and toasty wood.
This vintage is complex and expertly balanced.
