This rum was made from pure sugarcane juice and distilled in a Creole column still in Depaz , Saint-Pierre, Martinique.
This rum was then aged for 5 years in a French oak barrel , before continuing its maturation for an additional 3 years in an ex-Pineau de Charente barrel .
This numbered edition is limited to only 340 copies.
