Diplomatico Seleccion De Familia is a tasting rum accompanied here by 2 attractive tulip-shaped glasses. They concentrate the aromas towards the nose for further sensory exploration.
This cuvée is a blend of mainly honey cane rums (90%) and molasses rums. They are distilled in copper stills and Batch Kettles. This is a semi-handcrafted discontinuous distillation system consisting of a tank and a column. The rums are then aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
