This cuvée of El Dorado rum comes from a batch of casks aged in 1998. It is a blend of molasses rums from Diamond Distillers Ltd.
The blend is composed of rums distilled with the Coffey column and the Tri-Canada redistillation still. The latter still is no longer in use.
The blend was bottled after 24 years of tropical ageing in ex-bourbon casks. There was no cold filtration.
