This cuvée comes from column distillation of molasses fermented at Trinidad Distillers Limited. Produced from the 2003 vintage, this rum was aged for 20 years in a single ex-bourbon American oak barrel.
The Ricci Family, through the "Exception" collection, offers single cask and brut de fût rums, meaning that the latter has been bottled without any additions or reductions. Only 192 numbered copies of this rum have been produced.
