The Zodiac collection from the Ricci Family was launched in 2023. For the second edition launched in 2024, the breeder/bottler has kept the same philosophy but with new creations.
For the Cancer sign, the choice fell on an old Australian rum. Distilled in 2007 from molasses in a pot still, this rum comes from Beenleigh.
Coming from a single ex-bourbon barrel, it has benefited from 17 years of aging.
The birth of this vintage made it possible to obtain 400 numbered bottles.
