Ferroni Brut de Fût Maurice 2014 is a pure cane juice rum from Mauritius. It comes from the Chamarel distillery column, and was shipped to France as is, without aging. It was aged in its entirety for 7 years at Château des Creissauds, Guillaume Ferroni's den.
Maturation took place in two types of cask: ex-cognac and ex-bourbon. The rum was bottled brut de fût, without reduction, coloring or filtration.
