This rum is the first in the Signature collection created by Maison Ferroni and Luc Litschgi. Luc Litschgi, a renowned bartender, has been with Maison Ferroni since its creation. He is the manager of Carry Nation in Marseille.
Distilled at Chamarel in 2013, this pure cane juice rum was aged for 6 years in the tropics. This initial aging in new French oak barrels continued at Château des Creissauds.
For this second part of the aging process, the duo chose to put the rum in an ex-cognac 1978 barrel for 3 years.
