Eliz is the Absinthe from Maison Ferroni. This is the Cape Verdean edition. It is made from the extremely rare Gorgonian absinthe endemic to the Cape Verde Islands.

This absinthe is distilled in Aubagne, at Château des Creissauds, by Guillaume Ferroni. In the recipe he also uses the three varieties of fresh absinthe grown in the castle gardens.
