Ferroni Gin Juillet Provence is made from organic French wheat alcohol and inspired by an ancient recipe from Guillaume Ferroni's collection of antique books. Based in Aubagne at the Château des Creissauds, this enthusiast is driven by the history of old spirits, which he combines with great creativity and innovation.
This gin is distilled in a very small still dating back to the 1800s. In addition to a bouquet of classic aromatics, the still also receives a basket of fresh fruit from Provence before distillation, consisting of apricots and white peaches, typical of the month of July.
