Distilled in small stills dating from the 19th century, this gin is made from French wheat alcohol . The botanicals are directly infused using the traditional London Dry Gin method, ensuring remarkable aromatic intensity and great elegance.
In addition to a bouquet of classic aromatics , the still also hosts a “basket” of fresh fruits from Provence – apricot and white peach – emblematic of the month of July.
Designed for mixology, this gin also stands out for its ergonomic neck, perfectly suited to the speed rack of cocktail bars.
It is less concentrated than the original Gin Juillet , which has an alcohol content of 44%.
