This French oak aging barrel made by the Allary cooperage holds 5 liters (length: 29 cm / bottom diameter (min.): 18 cm / plug diameter (max.): 22 cm). Supplied with wooden stand.
Unlike the other barrels in the range, which are new, this one has contained cognac for 3 months (a single pass). This first pass brings roundness, complexity and finesse to the rum or spirit you age.

The price includes shipping from the Allary cooperage warehouse.
Given the extremely limited number of drums of this type, we only allow one per customer.

Please note that the wooden tap is not compatible with an ex-cognac barrel.
To guarantee optimal ageing, these barrels are free of varnish and kerosene.
