Gin d'Azur is inspired by the famous beaches of the Côte d'Azur and the landscapes of Provence.
The recipe includes juniper as well as Provençal herbs. The long list includes thyme, rosemary, lavender, marjoram, mountain savory, star anise, a zest of Menton lemon and a touch of Camargue salt.
The ingredients are distilled separately in copper stills.
