The glass industry was hit hard by the health crisis of 2020-2021, so much so that in the summer of 2021 spirits producers found themselves without a bottle to package their precious liquids!
This is how Guillaume Ferroni imagined a solution: using bottles of various and available origins.
These limited edition bottles of the famous gin made from agricultural rum are therefore not all the same. We took one at random for the photo, but as you have understood, you may receive one that will not have the same face at all!
Nico's tasting notes
The nose is very sweet and spicy, with citrus peel spiked with cloves, cinnamon, licorice and lemongrass. This gin is reminiscent of spiced rum, then eau de Cologne, with a pretty bitterness of pink grapefruit and fresh, almost woody notes.
The palate is soft, fluid and as fragrant as ever. The floral character is enhanced by juniper berry, which unfolds resinous nuances of pine, Alpine candy and a bitterness that takes us back to a more traditional gin, reinforced with grapefruit peel.
"A highly original, fragrant gin, bordering on spiced rum..."
