This rum is bottled as a limited edition by Habitation Velier, the brand of the famous Italian trading house Velier, which aims to democratize exceptional rums.
According to Velier's classification (Luca Gargano), this distillate is a Pure Single Agricole Rhum. It was produced on March 23, 2021 in Agathe and Danielle pot stills. It has an ester content of 67.9 g/hlap.
The cane variety used is Matos (B80.0689).
No additives were added before bottling, and the reduction was carried out with Saint-Claude spring water.
